Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of 10 units. Scope of work included: partial demolition of interior finishes, drywall, interior paint, new doors/frames and hardware, new tubs and tub surrounds, installation of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, new HVAC equipment, new electrical panel, light fixtures, new power outlets and switches, new water closets, sinks and shower fixtures, sliding glass door repairs.
